Howdy. This is driving me nuts. I don't know if something is broken or if this is just the way it is. Wiki says "Fire and Faith" is available from several places. But the only place it seems to exist is in the Secret Library in the Hall of Wisdom in Vivec. And it's on a shelf close to an NPC and a guard. Impossible to get(?) I've done some searching and readme reading and can't find an answer. I'm sure some mod I has changed something. I have several of the popular Telvanni mods. So off the top of anyone's head, without a lot of details, has anyone else encountered this? I'm tryint to work out things on a new Windows 8 machine and am not really adept with the OS yet. Thanks.
