For the past couple of days I've been trying to figure out how to get a body of water in an outdoor space (specifically, the river Niben and lake Rumare) to display as a different color, without changing every body of water in that worldspace. I haven't had any success so far. Water settings local to a cell can be changed, but when one enters the cell the player perceives all water as using that cell's settings, and the water color of that cell is not visible when distant.
Do any of you good folks know a clever work-around that enables the use of custom water settings for exterior cells, which are visible when distant and don't affect every cell in the worldspace?
