Hi, I am new to oblivion and I want to go the most evil and bad route I can. Any suggestions, obviously dark brotherhood is a given. Just wondering if there is anything else?

Well, just go around killing at random, stealing whatever and make sure you get as low disposition as you can in the Persuasion mini-game.
