I have to post another topic to say that it makes me angry about ea help.
I posted a topic about my problem of invalid serial number of Crysis 2(http://www.gamesas.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=40&t=55056), and then I emailed ea adviser in ea help website three days ago. It is still has no reply to me even though I emailed them twice. How can they ensure the right of customers? I paid for the game but received nothing, no game no answers.

They've never helped me too for my battlefield as well mate. :\
