Are there more than the 17 daedric princes and they just don't interact with the mortal realm or are beyond mortal concept?

There could be more Daedric Princes we don't know about.

Also, there are entire pantheons of beings called the star orphans who cant interact with Mundus becuase no one on Mundus knows about them/belives in them, so there are tons of powerful beings out there we dont itneract with in the games.

Daedra are beings of change, so I think there's a reasonable chance that some have faded into the background (like Jyggalag had), and that new princes may arise.

There's at least 18 daedric princes that we know of. The traditional 17 plus Jyggaligg.

There's also Anu and Padomay. Aniel and Sithis, the fundamental concepts of Order and Chaos, and from which the Divines and Daedra spawned from. Weather or not they are sentient...

It's possible (maybe even likely?) that there are other Daedra or Aedra who don't care about Mundus. But we'll never know.
