Crysis 3: Leaked Interview! New aliens+weapons! C1+C2=C3

Who is we? I'm sorry but I like the Crysis 2 levels better because they are more concentrated with details, obstacles and all that great geometry stuff while Crysis 1's are only huge open areas which makes me feels there's emptiness.

WE is probably every single one of us. I didn't make any reference to the "emptiness" of the Action Bubbles, just the size, and didn't really say that it should be JUST like Crysis 1.

What I'm trying to convey here is: Remember the park in the very first stage of Crysis 2? Or the entire first level for that matter? That was an awesome sweet spot in size, but 80% of the game is much more claustrophobic than that.

EDIT: Or that one last part in the first night stage (The first one in which Hargreave talks to you directly) in which you start from an elevated position, work your way down a destroyed park and then back up again into the sewer system. That Action Bubble was pretty big, I loved that. There are a few sprinkles of genius just like those in the game, but there are also a ton of them that are either too small or devoid of inspiration (the later parts of the HIVE level: Ugh!).

WE doesn't include ME so therefor cannot be every single one of us, why be hyperbolic? Not claustrophobic but linear parts; I feel like i'm well advancing and making progress at those moments because, indeed, i'm moving forward. 80% of that? Pff... It's less than a quarter, atleast get your facts straight. And like you mentioned, C2 has A LOT of big and perfectly concentrated action bubble levels. While on Crysis 1, I felt like I was losing my time turning round in those huge maps (a bit like GTA), the same feeling I get in multiplayer too.

I suggest you play another shooter instead, then. Not out of animosity, mind you, but because game series tend to "go back to their roots" and Crysis' roots are all but linearly moving forwards, "making progress" if you will.

Two games to one in that regard, and it would appear Crysis 3 leans towards the first two.

When talking about "every single one of us", the "us" is referencing Crysis fans (as in, fans of the "essence" of the series). I'm sorry I forgot to explain that earlier, my bad.

You know what would be interesting, because Crysis 3 is gonna have those 7 areas it would be cool if they made it a (proper) open world game similar to STALKER

While I don't dislike the setting, it doesn't make much sense to me. It's 2047 and none of the other Ceph complexes came to life? The Ceph starship near Mars didn't do ANYTHING in the intervening decades? The Ceph may be everywhere, but they're certainly not showing it.....
If the Ceph arrive in too much force, they risk presenting attractive targets to nuclear weapons. I'm guessing they're going to neutralize as much of humanity's infrastructure from behind the scenes as possible before showing themselves.
