Sorry dude, i first played crysis 2 on xbox and a 52" tv. Now i play on a 27" monitor with 120hz and 2ms response.....it is unbelievable how much better playing on pc is than a console. And since i sit so much closer to the monitor then i did the tv, the viewing area is actually a lot bigger on the monitor.

I dont care ive always played on consoles and i like it better besides i know millions of retards like to hack pc versions of games and theres rarely any hackers on crysis 2 xbox let alone on any xbox game, no offense but i hope u enjoy playing crysis 3 with the hackin **** and get owned on pc. Never thought one game would make me want to hate pc gamers but crysis 2 succeeded in doing so im sick of ppl arguing about which is better pc and console are both just as fun to me pc updated graphics compared to consoles doesnt mean **** to me.for me its more fun playing on a big tv screen instead of a small pc with updated graphics i could care less. Pc gaming is boring anway so many ppl hack games its not fun

Why not have the best of both worlds. I am a PC gamer and my monitor is a 73" 3DTV.

I mean kudos for the TV...But Bigger does not really mean better....in the world of screens, Ive got the same amount of pixles shoved into my monitor thats 18" from my face... as appose to a 73" that's 10'+.

Just hoping that console tard up there understands whats hes talking about, im not dissing you sultaan, just shutting up that console tard.

Nice vid, had a good laugh and good point regarding Steam. I grew up playing consoles and funny enough Crysis was my first PC game when I started playing computer too. Nothing beats high res, close up with vsync and maxed out...consoles can't come close to that and I too have saved a crap load of money on my Steam account. I'll never go back really but I can understand that some people don't care much for the maintenance and complexities. Having a big tv and a controller to kick back on the couch with is easy...you don't have to worry about drivers, upgrading and not being able to max out at times or maybe your rig has issues with certain games. To me the trade off is way to awesome though and I actually love all the little things I get to work on now. My computer is a part of my gaming hobby now and I've learned a **** ton doing it.

Anyway, I pretty much only use my xbox to watch netflix these days and it's true the prices never go down enough to compete with Steam.

PC gaming is cheaper, because if you're reading this, you already have a PC!
And although TV screens are bigger in physical size, they have less pixels so they are more blurry and pixellated.
I'm not trying to be an elitist but seriously, the reason I don't have a console is because I already have a PC so why would I need to spend extra money for something that only plays games, while I already use a PC for other things not just gaming?

I agree that sitting close to a small monitor with equal pixels as a tv is similar to looking at a big screen from far away. The huge difference for the console guy is that he is looking at less than 1/2 the pixels as us when playing most games. I also have a regular monitor, but the experience doesn't compare to the theater in my situation. High quality picture and sound - Plus, I can always slide the couch up closer, just as you can touch your nose to your screen. ;-)

If you're talking about which is better, there's no contest. PC is objectively better in pretty much every way. However, that doesn't mean people shouldn't be entitled to their preference.

If you prefer console gaming, that's fine. Enjoy it. Just don't be silly and try and make out that consoles are somehow better.
