Well, we need music that would match the setting of the game. I imagine that when you enter a new area, or when you enter a new dome or are overlooking some scene during the game, certain epic music is cued. When you're, say looking at a desolate, overgrown part of the jungle, it may be a darker, more sinister music. And when you maybe see a scene of a destroyed NY, sad, longing music will be played. All we need are people who can composes this music.

You guys know that Hans Zimmer was just responsible for "Insertion" and the Epilogue?
The rest is from Tilman Sillescu, Borislav Slavov and Lorne Balfe .. :D

Except for the main theme by Hans Zimmer, I found every track great, so I hope the artists for Crysis 2 will gather up for Crysis 3 as well (they did for Warface, so it is pretty obvious).

I'd like to see a return of the percussive soundtracks when you're planning your attack.

Indeed, but i have to say that it isn't that important.

(official threats were meant to focus on mp, not sp, since music isn't a big deal at mp...)

Anyways, you got a "YES" from me.

I have 2 questions:

1st. Why would you ever ask an extremely obvious thing like "Do you want epic music in C3?" ?
2nd. Who the hell voted "No" ?

Hans Zimmer is the man for theme music, he did a great job with MW2 as well. Isn't he a German native? Would make complete sense for German based Crytek to have a German music composer. By the way the music in Crysis 2 was awesome, and in my opinion was a little better than the first. However the main theme for Crysis 1 I think really set the feeling for the island. I'm sure whoever is composing the music for Crysis 3 will do a superb job.
