Not Tara Strickland, someone new. First is Psycho though
EDIT: hmm, Scar Mod 2 (1:33 in 2nd vid). Either we're getting 2 scar assault rifles, or we won't see the original C1/C2 Scar in C3

Sorry but if the woman thats speakin is really Helena Rosenthal... that would mean that the comics are non canon to the games ;-)
