have we had any news about collectors edition and pre-order outfits for the uk?

seem a bit unfair how the USA have been told everthing about it
and the rest of the world have been left in the dark

I hope we have the caravan for a pre-order other then steam. i dont have a PC, and out of all of them i think the caravan looks the coolest (yeah, i might be slightly obsessed with Mad Max,.... )
