If you didn't have this problem anyway, then you were totally using version 1.0 and not 1.1 - or you were using 1.1 but you forgot to stop using the .esp.

1. DESCRIPTION
--------------------------
This is a small mod to replace the meshes, textures and icons of the soulgems in 'TESIII: Morrowind'. The new meshes are all reflect-mapped and true to Bethesda's designs. They are all approximately the same size and orientation and should blend seamlessly into the world of Morrowind.
Azura's Star was modelled as a cross between how it appears in Morrowind and how it appears in Oblivion.
A screenshot can be seen here: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v680/Wyver_Almasy/Rndm%20Morrowind/WA_Soulgems2.jpg
--------------------------
2. Changelog
--------------------------
v1.1.1
----
- Moved Greater soulgem mesh down by 6 MW units along the Z-axis. This will correct the error in v1.1 where statically placed greater soulgems would be seen to be floating.
- Rotated Azura's star by 22.5 degrees on the Z axis. This is a negligible change really, but will make it much easier for people to place the artifact down for symmetrical display in their personal collections.
v1.1
----
- Converted to pluginless replacer so that mod-added and cursed soulgems will use the correct model and icon
- Removed transparency and reflect map from the base of the greater soul gem, the protruding crystals remain shiny and transparent
- Altered UV-coordinates of the base of the greater soulgem
- Modified Azura's Star mesh to be less angular
- Increased size of Azura's star by ~40% to be closer to size of vanilla Azura's star
- Toned down reflect maps used by lesser soulgem and Azura's star
- Applied texture to lesser soulgem which was previously missing
- Applied texture to parts of Azura's star which were previously untextured
- Altered origins of lesser and petty soulgems so as existing references to them ingame are better positioned
- Created 'Alternates' folder containing v1.0 meshes which have been significantly changed. These can be used in place of the default meshes if you prefer the previous versions
- Removed junk data from meshes
- Removed dependency on textures non-specific to this mod
v1.0
----
Original version
--------------------------
3. Installation
--------------------------
Installation is simple, just extract the three folders into your 'Data Files' folder, answering 'Yes' to any overwrite or merge prompts that you are given.
The 'Data Files' folder is located wherever you installed Morrowind:
...\Bethesda Softworks\Morrowind\Data Files
------
If you are updating from v1.0 of Souly Soulgems(!), then make sure that you stop using the .esp that came with those versions. It is no longer necessary, and if you do not disable it then you will not be able to see the updated meshes as the .esp will override them. If you are using a Merged_Objects.esp (or similar), and you have previously merged Souly Soulgems into it, then you will also want to recreate this with the Souly Soulgems .esp disabled.
--------------------------
4. Uninstallation
--------------------------
To uninstall this mod, you must delete all of the relevant files - after you have deleted them, Morrowind will revert to using its original versions which are stored separately.
