Heavy Armor (I like the idea of a heavy armored Dark Elf.)

Block (Not gonna use a shield though. )

I still need two skills, I thought about armorer but I don't think that armorer would be very much needed. It trains pretty quickly anyway. Perhaps marksman as a back up for ranger combat? Restoration could be handy aswell.

Birth sign:
The Warrior would work best, I guess. Though Lady would not be a bad choice either.

I'm sure a Dark Elf is a fine choice for this.

yeah a dark elf is a great choice for that...for some reason, in Oblivion, i always end up choosing Dark Elf. but i do tend to choose Thief for my sign what you listed is what i usually choose other than Heavy Armor. i usually pick Light Armor because i usually play an assassin or rogue. maybe Marksman. fill in with either Restoration or Armorer. it helps to have a leg up on that starting out. it's easy to spam but takes A WHILE to level up. i like to pick Marksman because i don't like it eating up my stamina while leading my target.
