"Modern Art" - Problem

"Modern Art" - For this achievement, it is necessary to unlock 150 of 256 dog tags displays. Now I have 216 and still no success. Can you or I do something to fix this problem? Please help me.

ny friend have same problem and he only need this trophy for platinium but we dont know what we can do...
