Is taking quite the long run to get my rank up and i play a lot believe me can we have some xp event or something please i would love to get my Cell Skins before i die of old age.

It gets easier. Took me like 2 months to hit 50 the 1st time, and like a week or 2 for the 5th reboot. When you start racking up kill streaks (gun ships, max nanosuit) it went really fast.

Also take a look at you "assessments" and work on those for the XP.

Don't work on assessments. It wil cost you a lot to get one and the most come without looking at it. Try to cloak as much as possible to sneak up behind them and the high scores will come in no time and the ranks...

I really want to get my cell skins

I ranked up quickly working through assessments ~ unlocking weapons/mods etc. ...some of them are really easy to get ...like HOODWINKED soon as it's unlocked (easy 1000XP).

Plus, I'm really enjoying trying all the weapons ~ some that I hated to start with, I've done quite well with after a bit of practice.
And because I'd been swapping guns through each suit, by the time the second lot of double XP came, I managed to get some of the Nano-Reboot ones (15,000 XP).

...some come naturally (as Bugster said); but going through weapons and mods upgrades definately helps.
