See, I'm supposed to get Lloyd to give me the money he owe's Salvatore and then kill him, and I know where he is.
Problem is, that the door to his room is locked, my lockpick skill is just 20.
I've tried to use Dynamite and Plastic Explosives to open the door, neither will work.
Is there a key or some way to get him to open the damn door?
I had the same problem with Vic's shack in Klamath but at least then the Dynamite took care of it.

So what am I supposed to do? I can't talk to him, I can't blow up the door, I can't lockpick it and I can't find a key.

Maybe try using a crowbar on it as an item or try bashing it down with a melee weapon. IIRC you can get a key for Vic's shack off a dog's collar on a dog running around near the entrance in Klamath.

No, crowbar won't work, tried that a lot at Vic's shack and if it didn't work there it won't work on this door as it's way stronger.
As to the dog, it has a key to Trapper Town's rat part, not Vic's shack. :/
