As the title states, I am trying to figure out how to reskin objects (clothing mostly) and am trying to find the Nif Dyplicator for ease of retexturing (which I'm still not quite sure how to do.) Any help would be appreciated.

Nif Duplicator was written by ghostwheel, if that's any help... but it appears to be lost in the cloud these days. There is a very good retexturing tutorial http://tommyshideout.net/files/srikandi/SkinTut/ though a lot of people don't use niftexture any more.

Try NifSkope from the NifTools website. Great functionality, and many people here will be able to help you should you have difficulty finding out how it works.
