So I have been curious, what would a civil war in the Brotherhood of Steel would play out. Things like the East VS the West stuff like that.

It wouldn't really be a "civil war" unless we are talking about one specific group. The MWBOS and CWBOS are no longer associated with the Western Brotherhood, which means we should effectively treat them as two different factions. Likewise, the CWBOS and MWBOS are completely different from one another.
