i dont understand why you guys dont have the dedication trophy and i got it in october

a question about dedication:

was there a bugfix by crytek/ea or is the change to the year 2012 the only reason why we get the trophy?

It's glitched beyond imagination. Nowadays, some people get when they start playing MP.
