Two or more checkpoints before I met an alien for the first time, I couldn't move or couldn't pick up a weapon. I forgot how I made it work, maybe I tried different keyboard(s). However, I tried all keyboards, I still couldn't move after I collected a sample from the alien. I did even press a key for Open Nano Customization Menu, still not working. All I could do is change weapons, looking around, nano vision, and maybe visor. That's it. Not even jumping. I found some have very same or at least similar problems, but theirs are PS3. Mine is PC. Please, help. I would appreciate. Thanks.

Uninstall and re-install.
