Hey guys, got a question for you:

Recently picked up Crysis 2 and I'm playing through the campaign before I try to jump into multiplayer. I've enjoyed it so far, except for one problem. My JAW won't reload and it won't let me pick up a new one. From what I can see from other forums, this is a fairly common glitch that happens when you don't let the JAW finish it's reloading sequence, but since I'm already stuck with it, knowing what caused it doesn't help me fix it.
I did a search on the forums here for any fixes, but didn't find anything. In the bugs section, it looks like this was reported over a year ago! Has this been fixed before? Is there a work around that I can use to get it back up and functioning?
So far, I've just played around it, but as the game progresses, I'd like to have my full arsenal on hand. Any help would be appreciated.

Maybe you could uninstall and re-install. Never heard of this before.

I also have never heard of this problem. I guess I would say restart the current mission? Also dbzdude_ is right, that is if you only acquire 1 jaw and can't find another one. Difficulty may also factor in since higher difficulty reduces you ammo capacity (not sure on this one)

That's assumptive of you Enesrko. Maybe I'm different from other new players, but I'd rather have a glitch-free play through, rather than find fault in the game! I play video games for the enjoyment, not to belittle the other people, like those that made the game.

Thing is, those are old posts, so I thought maybe the problem was fixed and it's just something about my copy that's making it act up (and yes, I'm on a PS3, not an Xbox, but that just makes it all the weirder!).
I'm playing through on just standard difficulty right now, as it's my first play through, so I don't know if that makes a difference. Considering that this isn't a huge problem anymore, I'm guessing it's something about my system, but I don't know even the first place to look. Any other ideas?
