I have Morrowind, Fallout 3 and Oblivion all installed on my PC at the moment. I've been playing a lot of FO3 and i've installed mods, uninstalled and reinstalled BOSS, etc. As of recently, whenever I restart my PC, this error message appears on the desktop:

There was a problem starting
C:\Users\BryansComputer\AppData\Local\Sony\Oblivion\cingjar.dll

The specified module could not be found.

A few days later, I decided to test out Oblivion to see if it still works. I tried saving the game 2 or 3 times, and each time, I get a CTD and the save is corrupted. I don't think it's the area i'm trying to save in. The last time I played the game, I saved in this same location a handful of times with no problems. My character is at Level 22 and i'd hate to simply have to start a new game from scratch. Does anyone know what this message is, how to possibly fix/find the missing file and restore my game so I can continue on from where I left off?
