Something I've noticed when going back to Fallout 3

I'm starting a new playthrough of Fallout 3 after about 2 years of leaving it alone. In the interim, I've been playing a lot of New Vegas. And one thing that I've noticed that I never realized before is that, in my opinion anyway, the voice acting in New Vegas is a LOT better than in Fallout 3.

Part of it may be that NV has more voice actors. I also think it might be related to the general belief that Obsidian is better at storywriting.

So. Did anyone else notice this, or do you realize it now?
