The best would be one that I could have my character ask to be turned. -I would like that a lot.. Clan will be Aundae.
I will also probably attempt to change the dialog to reflect that she is related to the Matron.

More quests and more dreams would be great too.
The one time I played as a vampire I remember waking up in a random tomb..Pitch black and needing to use vampire eyes to see..
Also ability to walk in day with a hood and robe on..
One where you are not just yelled at and shunned. (Vanilla)
One where merchants and others such as caravan and boat masters would deal with you if they like you enough. Maybe even with a spell to "entrance" them.. Put them under your spell for a time.
