DAWNGUARD SPOLIERS WITHIN,SPECIFICALLY LOST TO THE AGES

Having recently completed the Lost to the Ages Dawnguard quest and selected the staff as my reward and messing around with it for a bit,i noticed that the effect you get when you summon a Dwemer construct is the same as the one used for the time rift Paarthurnax opens on the Throat of the world, albeit smaIler in scale. Is it maybe literally pulling the Dwemer spheres and spiders from the past? sometimes you just get a random assortment of dwemer parts like cogs and plates instead of the spheres or spiders, like the staff is picking stuff up from some Dwemer fabrication lab or something in the past? Why use this effect for the staff as opposed to the usual purple summoning effect? I'm not sure if this time rift effect is used for other summons or for other effects in the game, could be for all i know, anyone know if it is used elsewhere in the game?i just dont remember seeing it except for the time rift.

I theorize that their being summoned from Aetherius, y'know, Aetherium?

I suppose that could equate to a time rip (like the one at the Throat of the World.)

it might be just used for aesthetics:D
BUT
this post made me rethink something that I wondered very long ago
conjuration is possible, becasue you get your subjects form Oblivion/etc. but centurions are not alive, they are creations.
if a Centuruion can be summoned, he isn't materialised from thin air.
So we need a starting place. There wouldn't be a one laboratory just somewhere, because it's not significant to items/story/it's too small/etc.
But yet it must exist somewhere.
1. they are materialised from thin air, assembled on a molecule level.
2.they are transported from a random, nearby location
3.they are transported through time

all these are possible given the aetherium purposes.

What's the most important, that jumping in time/in space using aetherium/Scrolls is giving Devs a loophole, where would they stick some Dwemers, that jumped in time before/ jumped in space somewhere that weren't consumed in Numidium creating process.

So, no matter what lorebuffs wil lsay, given the nature of Dwarven experiments and they use of aforementioned items(possbily more) we could've hoped to see Dwemer group appearing when their time will come. Finito.
