So a pretty lengthy title, but I thought it described my situation the best; if I had Strength 10 then got Reinforced Spine, would that make my Strength with critical radiation poisoning 10 (because reinforced spine would cancel out the -2 modifier) or would it be 8 (the effects wouldn't cancel)? I would imagine it would be 10, but I want to make sure before I build a beserker melee character revolving around use of the Rad Child perk.
