I'm trying to play Crysis 2 however the game is stuck in activation loop.

Whenever I try to load the game up it comes up with the Crysis 2 activation wizard, says activation successful and then closes. Then nothing happens.
If I try and load Crysis 2 up the same thing happens again.

Help?

Fixes for this odd glitch have been tied to nvidia driver combinations... can you say a bit about your graphics card setup? For example, are you running both on-board graphics and a discrete card at the same time?

Did it work before, or is this your first installation?

Running a GTX 460 768MB.

I've got lucid virtu installed which combines the discrete with the built in Intel HD 4000 graphics. This is my first installation.

I've uninstalled Crysis 2 and am reinstalling it.
I'll turn virtu off when it installs.
