Do you think the next war with the Aldmeri Dominion will be the main forum on the next Elder Scrolls game? I hope so, and seeing as the next Elder Scrolls may be next-gen, the map could well be all of Tamriel. This would be great for a war. After all, why would a war that's being fought between two empires take place in only one province?
