I've read this page: tescosi. com/ wiki/A_General_Order_for_Installing_Mods_(Oblivion) and made an install list, but since had difficulty categorizing a a few of the mods into the categories on that page, I really would rather have some expert opinions, since I only know pretty much the basics of mods but not the in depth stuff of why certain mods are installed after others, etc. Here is my proposed install order:
