How do I know what my critical chance is? : Fallout: New Vegas

And is there a cap?
I've looked everywhere in pipboy and vats etc but nothing, I have some stuff that boosts it but it would be nice for an overall total.

And no mods, I'm on 360.

I don't think there is a way to see it in game without using UI/HUD mods, though.
