And here's the OP totally ignoring how often Punkbuster gets panned in and of itself. Every anti-cheat system has serious flaws.

Punkbuster is actually pretty sh*tty.

Best way to do it, IMO, is by start integrating the online portion (and only the online portion) of multiplayer games to accounts and start handing out bans.

AFAIK, Crysis 3 is doing this.
