Hey guys I need some help.

My current system is:

Core 2 duo E6750 @ 2.66GHZ
4GB DDR2 RAM
Nvidia 8800GTX
**** intel mobo.


Now I was lucky enough to be given a brand new ATI HD 7750 GFX card.

I obviously need to upgrade my CPU but cannot spend any money on computer as I have other hobbies that swallow my cash.

So I know someone who will sell me either a Q6600 or Q8300 for super cheap as it will work with my mobo.

So my question is which one should I get? I wont be able to overclock as I have a **** mobo so they will both be running stock.

Which one will be better for games such as Crysis2/3, May Payne 3, Hitman Absolution, Black ops 2, Ghost Recon Future soldier??

I know the GFX card is good enough to play those games and so is my RAM but I just want to know which of those CPU will be better to get? Google didnt help much as most of them compared their overclocking capabilities which doesnt help me.
