So what to add? Soul Trap at the end to keep the weapon charged, but what effect(s) would be most useful? I've read that Weaknesses (e.g. to poison) are ineffective, as it resets when the bow is used, and the damage effect on the arrow doesn't benefit. My character isn't an Orc (and I don't have any other way to use Drain Speed), you can't use Paralysis at the altar, so what's left?
My instinct is to keep the damage part on the arrow, whether that's as poison, or pre-enchanted damage. So the bow would be draining or damaging some attribute. What's most effective?
