I seem to crash randomly while playing, and I can't discern any type of pattern to it. A few times it was when I opened a door to load to a new area, but it has happened at other times, like when I open the Pip-boy, in a fight or just running around. I don't get any type of error when I crash, I just get booted back to the desktop with no warning and am out of the game.

I did the trick for dual core processors involving the Fallout.ini file and that seemed to help at first but I am still crashing.

Here are my system specs:
Windows XP, SP3
AMD Athlon 64 X2 dual core processor 6000+ 3.01 GHz
2 GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GTS 250, 1 GB video card

I thought perhaps it was my RAM going on me, but I was able to run Memtest86 without any reported errors.
