Here is another confusion I found in comparison between Raul and Boone.

I know that Boone supposed to be the best gun user but no matter how I check, his guns skill ALWAYS lower than Raul. At my lv 4, Boone got 72 while Raul got 92 guns.

How come a sniper got lower skill than a gunslinger/repairman??

Is my game bugged or is it the same with everyone?

I got PC version, fully patch with DM and OWB.

Raul's minimum gun skill is 92. I'm not sure why that is. Guess he's just that much of a badass. Both of their gun skills will go up to 100 as you level up, so it evens out in the end.
