What is the best children mod for Oblivion?

I am stumped using the search function for the forums and have come up with nothing and google has lack luster results.

Skyrim has children in it and there is a mod made by Emma that adds children to Morrowind. Fallout 3 and New Vegas too.

So I see no reason for Cyrodiil to be childless.

Any suggestions on a professional children mod?
