Pudding is mentioned in the http://imperial-library.info/content/pocket-guide-empire-first-edition-elsweyr-confederacy as part of the regular Khajiit diet, along with "candies, cakes, and sugarmeats". However, there is no mention as to what it is made of. The first two things that come to mind is chocolate and vanilla, however, I've never seen any reference or mention of vanilla or chocolate. So just what are puddings made out of?
