How do you think "Hattu" is pronounced?

Do you think "ha-TOO" like "tatoo" or "HAT-to" with emphasis on the first syllable? It's important because it's prominent in my mod, and I'm getting voice acting recorded.

Thanks!

At this time, the Sword Singers were under attack by the autocratic rulers of Hammerfell."

I would go with "ha-TOO" for all what my opinion on the matter is worth.

How is it in the First Federation these days?

HAT-TOO. Both syllables emphasized and forced out, both "t's" prominently snapped like whips.
