First time thru this game, I advanced to level 30 the other day and noticed that my XP graphics in the lower right no longer display when I accomplish tasks such as killing or whatever and the Progress Level bar hasn't budged from 30 eventhough I've completed two quests since leveling up.

I'm also noticing the game freezing more often and usually permanently causing me to shut the console (PS3) down.

So I guess my main question is, is level 30 the highest level the game tracks? I've completed 46 quests, I figure I'm pretty well done with the game for the most part....or is there an official ending that takes place? Right now I'm just going back to the other Vaults that I haven't completely gone thru yet and in the meantime walking the Wastes and trying to use the sniper rifle or the Gauss Rifle while undected (I love being perched high up in a rock ledge and taking out a mutant of Enclave Soldier, etc with one shot to the head....

I guess I should mention that I'm on Fallout 3 GOTY edition with all the DLC's.
