Just wondering what your theories were fore Nerastrael's House?

An NPC with that name doesn't exist, and nobody mentions the undead in the house so they are no aware. Furthermore if you enter the house, it's counted as Trespassing.

Any theories on this strange mystery?

Ah, i remember reading about this place a while ago. Not sure the story behind it, but it's spooky
Maybe a necromancer lived there at some point? Skingrad is a pretty weird place.
