...But I'm at a loss as to what character I should make.

I haven't played Oblivion since before Skyrim came out, but I'm itching to return with a new character. I have a Dunmer assassin, a Breton illusionist, an Imperial crusader/templar-esque character, and I believe those are the major ones. I need suggestions for interesting/fun character archetypes to try out. I'm open to any and all suggestions.

Also, for console players (as I play on PS3), what are some tricks to making characters not look like Mr. Potato Head?
