I've just installed fallout 3 on my XP laptop, but upon running it, it ran slowly on the lowest settings, despite my laptop having high specs:
3 GB of RAM, plenty of hard drive space, 2.1GHz AMD turion dual core, and an NVIDIA Geforce 9100 video card. Usually my video card makes up for the processor; is it those 300MHz that are causing it to run slowly? It only runs really bad when trying to render more than 3 NPCs.
