You stole my joke.
I was going to say that they should add the race of chain smoking Dunmer

I lol'd but to be honest, I prefer diversity between the elves voices rather than that frail and weak tone

Its too bad the Akaviri races beef with Tamriel, it would be interesting to play as a Tang Mo inhabitant (monkey like) or even a tiger dragon from ka-po-tun.

I would like the BEAST races to be BEAST races again. (That was kind of a beef I had with Oblivion, but I understand why mechanically). That being said, playing a Tsaesci, a Tang Mo, and/or Imga would be cool. Although given lore the Tang Mo would make little sense. The Tsaesci might make more sense given the lore, they could have refugees forced into tamriel, and it has been noted that a few Tsaesci have always remained on Tamriel ever since their invasion in the first era. However that was LONG ago and they are extremely few and far between so unless they were going to have all of Tamriel open, which would be the most amazing thing since the internet, the Tsaesci would probably not make much sense in Skyrim alone. However, a wandering Imga I feel would be rather easy to imagine, despite what people say. I mean since the events of Oblivion the entire political environment of Tamriel may have changed and Imga may have spread out of Valenwood for various reasons.

I want to play as a Hist.

I want to be a tree and manipulate all Argonians to do my bidding while sitting at the starting position in the game (probably a dungeon) and never being able to move or interact with the story in any way, shape, or form. I can also start pro-nature propaganda through my Argonian connections and eventually take over Tamriel and wipe out the Akaviri Continent.

On a more serious note, I really want to be a Maormer. Snake Magic!

-Hold On one sec. Hist do not manipulate Argonians. The Hist are species that are hated, and now very rare in Black Marsh. I gotta sat though, Im just glad You like ARGONIANS too. some people hate them, but really they "pwn"

Personally, I would like to see an Avian-like beast race(bird). I know there is't any in known lore, but maybe theirs a penguins race in Altmora, Where the Nord's migrated from. Why cant penguins,If dumb nords can(just kidding, i just hate their voice.)...

I say STICK TO THE LORE!!! :tops: ...... If it geographically and historically makes sense, then I could see it working.

I've never thought there was a shortage of characters to choose from in TES 3 or 4...
... I have thought there were shortages in other areas; like weapons, lore-related weapons, lore-related items, lore-related story, story quantity, story quality, quest quantity, quest quality, etc....

As far as the Akavir races... All I have to say is, It would be a shame to ruin the mystery of some places for no good reason... It maybe better to save those for later.... :woot:

No NEW races. But already existing lore races would be fine. But as much as I like sload, their biology makes them unplayable.

Imga seem like a good choice, out of everything at the moment. Unless it is set in Skyrim.
Some like the Falmer would be better as NPCs, if they are still alive at all.
Akavir races wouldn't be appropriate at the time. But in future games, it would be fine.
And those Jungle Elf guys also seem more of an NPC race.

But most of all, I would like to see some subspecies of Khajiit and Argonian.
