I had a problem today finishing the quest Gathering Storms of the Add-On Honest Hearts when it was raining. Immediately when I completed the quest I got relocated to another place on the map, showing the loading screen and crashing to the desktop when the loading ended. I found a workaround: sleeping till raining stopped. This allowed me to finish the quest without crashing to the desktop, but dying from hunger because the quest continued at 8pm. So I had to sleep a couple of hours more to prevent me from dying immediately when arriving at the spot the quest continues.
