This time i went on live chat support, thinking i'll get the same done again but quicker, how wrong i was. The person was helpful enough getting me to try and DE-autherize my computer, it didn't work even after a reinstall of the game. After giving her my code, email and DoB she then basically said Crysis 2 has nothing to do with this account (i have a retail copy) and i may be wrong but the impression i got was she needed someone else to deal with it and its almost like she didn't believe i have a genuine product code.
So i can't play it until i hear back from ea.
