Possible Beth Enduser agreement violation Question?

Post » Fri Dec 28, 2012 1:37 am

Since this mod im helping with is intended for release. I want to ask if this senario is going to be a problem in this department.

Now I realize the way the agreement reads , it would seem to say that most any modification violates it ... specifically the part about deconstructing.

So what Im wanting to do is use some of the .oog files (voice acting) contained in the BSA for this mod.

I would imagine useing 1 individually wouldnt be a problem?

But Im going to unpack them , then select multiples to play in a chain and capture them as 1 file.

Hence reconstructing beths property.

Like I said before , it seems like modding in general is a violation to the wording of that agreement. But thought there might be something else to consider when doing this with the voice actor assets.

So any information or opinions would be much appreciated on this subject.
