An idea...(Not for fallout 4) something else entirely...

I've been thinking, after being on these forums and seeing people who are SO devoted to the fallout series. Why don't the fans create a fan made, revised version of the Fallout bible?

As in, to clear up inconstencies in the lore as well as adding things from the two most recent games and possibly tactics. Obviously it would be fan made but I'm just seeing what everyone else thinks of it?

Because nobody would agree when it came to certain things. Not a bad idea though. I'd certainly contribute too one.

Well some things, there is a general consensus such as MZ being a drug induced dream or the Barnaky ending for Tactics being Canon.

And there you see are the problems, there's a difference between a "fans" Fallout Bible that tries to explain away developer mistakes and then there's trying to get what you want more recognised. There's nothing to suggest the Barnaky ending is more canon than the others and indeed nothing, presently, that makes Mothership Zeta not canon.

Because we'd kill each other fighting over whats the "correct" information and ultimately the developers would look at it and laugh anyway. Since most of it probably wouldn't be what they are going for.

If you want a fan-made bible. You're looking at it. The Forums is pretty much an online Fallout Bible.
