Oblivion was on sale on xbox live so I picked it up plus shivering isles and knights of the nine all for 1300 points. I'm wondering which of the housing dlc is the best? They all seem pretty cool, wizards tower and thieves den and stuff.

Which ones do you guys prefer?

And how good are the added spell tomes and mehrunes razor?

I had the ps3 GOTY, there wasn't that much dlc on psn.
