Hey everybody, I'm getting back into FONV and I'm in need of a good all around unarmed character build. Many of the builds I've seen all have 1 CHA and I didn't get why. If somebody could help me out that would be great!

On a more topic note, I wouldn't be very good to help you with a unarmed build. I always have a more ranged build.
