Radios aren't playing

This just started today, I believe, with a new game.

None of the radios in the game world are playing anything. At first, I didn't realize it, because the Enclave radio station was working fine. Then I went into Moriarty's and noticed GNR wasn't playing at all (it had always worked before, although it was quiet until the player installed the new dish at the Washington monument).

I was sure something was up when I bought the jukebox for my home, and nothing was coming out of it.

I went to locations that had always played the Enclave station, and that wasn't working, either.

I can get the Enclave station on the Pip-Boy radio, but NOT GNR -- it's "greyed out" and I've never seen that happen before.

I know GNR was playing when I first started the game. I'm not sure when it went out.

This isn't a codec or hardware issue. It's another one of the game's thousand bugs. If I swap out my Saves folder for an older (older by two days, mind you) one, the radio plays fine everywhere. When I restore the backup Saves folder containing my current game, the radios aren't working.

It seems the game gets buggier every time I start a new one.

Anyway, anyone know why the radios throughout the game world would stop playing music, and why GNR won't play at all, not even on the Pip-Boy?
