Coudl you share of Fallout Tactics and tools source codes for educational purposes?
For example the EPSITEC SA, shared sources of their classic game COLOBOT. The Jagged Aliance 2 source code was also published. Players continue to improve this games. Fallout Tactics also needs improvements, such as dialogue system.

For now gamesas has rights to Fallout Tactics, and without your permision, Microforte can't publis source codes.

I'd be surprised if they had it; and not surprised if they don't want to touch it or release it for free.
Have they released the sourcecode for Arena or Daggerfall yet?

FO:Tactics was made by http://www.microforte.com/. Who knows if anyone there or at Interplay still has it to release?
